Our Firm

Hoyt & Hoyt, P.C. — Morristown, New Jersey

Brothers John (Jack) and Robert Hoyt founded Hoyt & Hoyt, P.C. on the belief that accident and injury victims deserve the same type of zealous, high-quality representation that insurance companies put to work against them. And while the law itself has changed a great deal since our inception, our mission to protect the rights of these families and individuals has not.

Our Practice

Our practice focuses on Northern New Jersey, and on handling personal injury, workers' compensation, and criminal defense cases. In the area of workers' compensation, we offer comprehensive services to help you with everything from initial claims to appeals hearings. Likewise, our personal injury practice covers broad territory with cases involving everything from medical malpractice and brain injury to dog bites and car accidents.

Resources

Inexperienced lawyers will often underestimate the value that can be gained from utilizing experts to strengthen a clients' case. Our firm has a physician on staff to help us evaluate the medical issues involved in our cases and to help clients find answers and appropriate medical care. We also know from experience that reliance on other types of experts and specialists can be extremely beneficial. Our law firm has developed a strong network of specialists to assist us in areas that include accident reconstruction, engineering, workplace safety, neurology, plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, life care planning, vocational rehabilitation, dermatology and ophthalmology for burns, physical and occupational therapy, and psychiatry.
